World rules and account notes

• Each account can adopt one starter pet in this first prototype.
• Accounts are stored in memory right now, so restarting the app clears registrations and adoptions.
• Passwords are hashed before storage, but this is still a prototype and not a production identity system.
• Moonstones are the standard earnable currency from mini-games, while Star Gems are the premium currency.
• The next step after this build should be a real database-backed account and pet inventory model.
